Simple Troubleshooting
｜The device is unable to connect when using the USB interface:

• Please confirm whether the communication cable is properly connected.
• Please confirm that the equipment power is on.
• Please wait for the operating system to add and install the equipment when using it for the first time.
• Please confirm that equipment is properly connected; when the software cannot find the equipment,

​        please remove the USB cable and re-insert it then search for the channel again.

• If it still cannot properly connect, please restart the computer and test it again.

｜Unable to connect when using RS232 to RS485 connecting :

• Please confirm whether the communication cable is properly connected.
• Please confirm that the equipment power is on.
• Please confirm whether RS232 is properly installed on the computer.

｜Failure occurrences

• Please first check the failure log to confirm the failure source.
• Please check “Channel messages” to confirm whether there are protection setting value errors and whether they comply with output test requirements.

｜No record data or no SBS record data

• Please confirm whether the record time is set in process edit.
